No Lazy Agent began when its founder, a licensed Realtor in Texas for nearly a decade, spotted a For Sale By Owner sign and made a simple phone call that would spark something bigger. He scheduled a listing appointment for the very next day.

At 3:00 P.M., he rang the doorbell and met the homeowner. They sat down in her kitchen, talked through the benefits of working with a Realtor, and by the end of the conversation, she agreed to let him represent her.
​
As he was heading out the door, she said something that changed everything:
“I had a real estate agent before, but he was lazy. He never called me back, and I could never reach him. You’ve done more in 2 days than he did the entire time I hired him.”
That was the day No Lazy Agent was born.
And yes — her home sold.
